It has been a busy and tiring week to say the least! I am always so thankful of Fridays and the beautiful weekends. I try and savor every minute of the weekend as much as possible ESPECIALLY the sleeping in part! We have been blessed with warm and sunny weather which makes it even easier to be in a bright cheery mood.
One part of weekends I really love, is being able to relax, let a little loose and eat some good comfort food. Who doesn't love a cheat meal one in a while? Right?! I hit up a local gyros restaurant for a lamb and beef wrap dinner that is so delicious yet still light. Nothing is fried or saturated in oils - just good kosher meat with a lavash bread that is super thin. Of course I had to have a bite of the baklava to finish off the meal.
